Robert has spent more than four decades building and leading businesses across the floral, event, agriculture, and hospitality industries.
His career began in 1984 at his family's farm in Apopka, Florida. He later moved into supermarket floral sales and became President of Continental Artistry, an Orlando-based event décor company serving destination management companies and major hospitality venues. During that time, he helped secure contracts with Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin and Caribe Royale as those properties were establishing themselves in the Central Florida market.
Robert's career also includes extensive international experience throughout Latin America. He owned floral farming and export operations in Ecuador and managed a sustainability investment fund supporting floral and vegetable operations in Colombia, Mexico, and Ecuador.
He later served as CEO of Organic Style and Organic Bouquet, a San Francisco-based floral and gifting company with operations across six cities, three states, and two continents.
Following the pandemic, Robert founded Florida Fresh Events and led its evolution from a floral import and wholesale company into a vertically integrated hospitality platform. Today, the company provides floral design, event décor, custom fabrication, luxury rentals, living plants, retail gifting, logistics, and full event production for many of Central Florida's leading resorts and theme parks.
